Warranty coverage: Manufacturing Defects (if any)
1. Toner leakage before peeling-off the security seal.
2. Printing issues such as blur, black dots, white lines and print shadow due to manufacturing defects.
Warranty non-coverage: Abnormal handling/return & miss-used by customers
1. The warranty control sticker at the laser toner casing is either broken or missing.
2. The weight of the remaining toner load is less than 80% compared to a new or unused toner cartridge. (Toner load varies from cartridge models) The principal reserve all rights to charge 80% toner usage should there be any exchange take place.
3. The toners casing broken (due to transportation) and OPC drum scratched due to miss-handling on customer’s part.
4. Toner leakage due to any attempts of refilling exercise on dealers or end-users part.
5. The seal was torn (when customer removing it) resulting no toner powder supply from the cartridge.
1. 7 Day money back guarantee: If you are not satisfied with the toner cartridge you bought at our store or online store, you will get full refund within 7 days.
2. Shipping & Handling charges are non-refundable, except in the event that we ship you the wrong items. Customers receiving free shipping will be charged RM 15.00 for handling if their order is returned for a refund of the original purchase price.

4.All defective products can be exchanged within 180 days from purchase date.
5.Defective products that you have already used and are less than 50% full, you will be charged 50% of original purchase price for one for one replacement.
6.If you want to cancel an order, please call us or fax to (03) 3325 1579 ( include order number & full name ). We don't accept email order cancellation.
7.A 50% restocking fee will be added to cancellations that have been shipped out. Genuine Original OEM cartridges are non-refundable.
8.Customer must ship the package prepaid to our warehouse unless we ship you the wrong items.
9.Apple Toner do not refund return shipping charges, unless we made an error.
10.We will not ship replacement merchandise until receipt of damaged or defective item.
11.All defective or damaged returns are subject to verification by on of our staff members.
12.Failure to return a product within the return period will be deemed to be an acceptance of the product.
13.We recommend a shipping method that is traceable so that your shipment will not be lost in the mail. We cannot beresponsible for defects or damage caused by customer error. Our full liability is limited to refund of purchase price ofmerchandise.
